The Leadership Expectation Survey for the Associate Minister position is now available on the church web-site. Look first at the one paragraph job description, then select the twelve characteristics you think most important in a candidate. The questions for the focus groups are also online for you to review. The Associate Minister Search Committee is grateful to all those who have participated in focus groups, given input online, or filled out one of the several surveys available in worship or at fellowship groups. One more will be available this Sunday at the Fifth Sunday Brunch. All this information will help us in putting together a profile representative of our congregation for potential candidates.
